About the illustration on the side: It probably isn't very excact since it's just a drawing without any mathematical shit behind it.
About the bow: Just fold the paper-piece-thing and stick it in when glueing jacket and shirt together, okay?
About his expression: I used the coloured chibi Hidekaz Himaruya drew as reference and he had some kinda worried expression there so...yeah.
