This is an edited version of Sealand [link] who is, as far as I know, made by にーび.
About the odd arrangement of parts: As you probably know, Sealand is kinda small so I tried putting the parts closer together and then change the size of everything without actually changing the resolution of the pic.
Overall, I hope it turned out somewhat okay ;A;
